Environmental litigator Thomas K. Prevas will present a double-feature talk on: (a) the Maryland Court of Appeals’ recent adoption of the Daubert standard for admitting expert testimony; and (b) the U.S. Supreme Court’s grant of certiorari in BP P.L.C. v. Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, a climate-change lawsuit in which Tom represents one of the petitioners presenting a procedural question.
