Lydie E. Glynn, Chief Solicitor, Baltimore City Department of Law, will present a talk centering on legal issues related to the dockless e-scooters many of you working in Baltimore City pre-pandemic grew to love or hate. Her presentation is entitled Dockless E-Scooters in Charm City: A Solution for the Mobility Crisis or Another Tort Liability Problem.
