Special guests Tom Webb, Chief City Solicitor, and James Hannaway, Associate at Berger Montague, will present “Ghost Guns, Phenomenal Nuisance: Baltimore v. Hanover Armory and the Largest Gun Verdict in U.S. History.”
The Center Club is located at 100 Light Street. Parking is free in the garage under the building.
