Prevas will speak briefly on the Maryland Court of Appeals’ recent adoption of the Daubert standard for admitting expert testimony. \nGuests Virginia Grimm and Kaitlyn Holzer\, recent graduates of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and leaders of the United for Diploma Privilege movement in Maryland\, will discuss their experiences advocating for suspension of the State’s bar exam requirement amid the pandemic\, as well as the state of the movement. \nPlease RSVP by Tuesday October 6\, 2020 and include any dietary restrictions. \nFor questions\, email poohbah@wranglerslawclub.com.
