DESCRIPTION:Area law club members are invited to a special\, virtual meeting of \nBaltimore Area Law Clubs \nat 6 p.m.  Thursday January 21\,  2021 \nFormer U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Senior Judge Andre M.  Davis and Reena K.  Shaw\,  executive director of the Maryland Access to Justice Commission\,  will  present the work  and recommendations  of the Maryland Attorney General’s COVID-19 Access to Justice Task Force.  Judge Davis and Ms. Shah serve as co-chairs of the Task Force\, which Attorney General Brian E. Frosh and the Maryland Access to Justice Commission formed in June 2020 to address how the State’s civil justice system could better help Marylanders struggling with hardships the pandemic either caused or exacerbated. \nAndre M.
