Genth\,  Principal\, Kramon & Graham\, P.A.\, on how the “reasonable expectations” doctrine is applied under Maryland law to determine whether a minority shareholder in a closely held corporation has been oppressed by those who control the company and\, if so\, what remedies are available. \nMelissa O.
